Pastoral Care

Just like our teaching and learning, our commitment to pastoral care is as strong as ever at this difficult time

Form Time

For every class, there is an opportunity for the children to check in with their form teachers and peers twice a day. We strongly recommend your child takes advantage of these form times so that they can socially connect with their peers and form teacher, something that is extremely important at this time.

Reward system

Staff will continue to reward children with Dojo points (KS1&2) for high-quality academic work as well as demonstrating positive acts in line with our school fundamental moral values, e.g. kindness, respect, and resilience.

House system

House points will continue to be generated by the children depending on the number of Dojo points they acquire throughout the term.

Pastoral concerns or queries

It is important that pupils and parents know that we are here to support them during our Online Teaching and Learning Programme. If you have any pastoral or wellbeing concerns, please contact Mr Jackson – gareth.jackson@breaside.co.uk
